I never talked in this blog about the “SEO Book” project, But now it’s the right time to do that.

I saw the site of Aaron Wall (www.seobook.com) as first place for “SEO Book”, basicly he rules this niche. So I wanted to investigate more about that keyword and the ranking in google for that keyword. I created my site for that keyword – www.seobook.name and stared to work. I wanted to make some SEO tests on that site and that niche so as you can see there isn’t alot of context into the site.

Now after some months you can see that my site is #6 for the keyword SEO Book, nice ranking for that SEO tests…

By the way, the ranking for that keyword gave me some money from seobook.com affiliate program, good payment for all the work I did

Everyone heard about the colors hats and SEO, every SEO’s categorized to 4 kinds of hats: White hat SEO, Black hat SEO, Gray hat SEO and Pink hat SEO. Here are more info about each one:

White hat SEO – Referrs to ethical practice of SEO methodologies that adhere to search engine TOS. The pure SEO that getting angry when he compete with Black hat SEO.
You won’t see these SEOs in projects like: porn and gambling.

Black hat SEO – This is Unethical SEO. Search Engine Optimization techniques and methods are employes which fall outside of the guidlines issued by the Major Search Engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. Implementation of this tyoe of Search Engine Optimization may provide short term gains for your site(s). If you are discovered as using these techniques you can be placed under a penalty by the Search Engine.

Gray hat SEO – The following tactics fall in the grey area between legitimate tactics and search engine spam (white hat and black hat). They include tactics such as cloaking, paid links, duplicate content and a number of others. Unless you are on the correct side of this equation these tactics are not recommended.

Pink hat SEO – It’s the girls power in the SEO field. Most of the pink hat SEO use blog (most of the time WP), and the design made the name – The design is all pink, girls style. They use the girl technique to building links (In there own way), They have alot of traffic blogs (again in there own way), They nice and help to other SEOs and make the SEO work in “pinky” way.

As you can see my blog is change little. New template for the blog (nice and clean), some new pages and more short updates. Now you can enjoy the full list of Google products that made from sources around the internet. More updates about my SEO, Design and sites projects are comming soon…

So from where my SEOguy nickname came from?

I started my SEO job three years ago in seo contest, I looked for nickname that will be my name in all the next seo contests. I wanted something with SEO so it was combination, And three years ago my nickname was born – SEOguy (no connection to seo-guy.com). Mybe most of you know me as Cobano but my SEO nickname is different. As you can see all this blog is about the SEOguy so i think this nickname will be with me alot of years

I made to my nickname a logo last month, I put him in my seocontests sites. You can see the logo here:

Ok, this blog open today. I love the idea that evry webmaster with alot of sites open a nice blog and talk about his work and of course about his websites. So this blog will talk about my work: SEO, webdesign and of course about all my sites in english. I love my all sites and i love to build sites about anything, I don’t have sites about one  topic, there are alot of topics like: SEO, holy land and eve the tv show Prison Break.
