MyGulfJobs.com is a new site for job posters and job seekers interested in employment in the Middle East region.  It offers a free service not only for job seekers but also for employers interested in posting jobs.  MyGulfJobs brings a new type of service to the Middle East region that was lacking in the past,  a place for employers to advertise their jobs with no additional cost to them as well as a place for job seekers to find a ton of people looking to hire.

Or Hillel created My Gulf Jobs as a broad extension of the current Clicky Jobs network (clickyjobs.com).  The move was based on the wild demand in the region for qualified professionals and young college grads.  These types of people use online job portals predominately to find and obtain employment in their respective fields.  The primary advantage of a job portal service is that it acts similar to a matchmaking service for employers and potential employees.  Gone are the days of trying to find just any old job to get by.  Now canidates seeking employment can find exactly what they need from employers who desire their services.

MyGulfJobs.com is a job portal site in the Clicky Jobs network that provides a free service for both employeers and job seekers alike. Or Hillel is an SEO consultant with over 8 years of experience and the owner of the Clicky Jobs network.

As part of the ongoing expanded of the websites network, SEO Guy (Or Hillel) is launching new website. This new website will be called – Hebrew Language Guide. After the success  of some other content websites of SEO Guy, we decided to open new content website that connected to the holy language of Hebrew.

There are 9 million speakers of the Hebrew language, but there are so many more that want to get info about learning this language. That why we decided to make this website as web guide, this website will be the one-stop for learning all you need about Hebrew. There are some other resources over the internet for the Hebrew language, but non of them have all the info at one website. This site will include all the info such as: learning Hebrew online, Hebrew alphabet, business Hebrew, Hebrew translation, Hebrew fonts and much more.

This is the first SEO Guy website in the language theme, we plan to open in the future some other web guides for other languages. Till now most of SEO Guy websites was in the jobs and resume theme. But now we plan to add some more new websites to our portfolio.

From time to time I love to write about things that are not SEO or my projects, this time I’m writing about Israel Earth Hour 2011. “Earth Hour” is an initiative that began in Australia back in 2007, which calls to individuals and businesses turn off their lights for one hour as identification with a global move to increase awareness of global warming. The purpose of the global event is to deliver a powerful global message, that we can take meaningful and effective action to reduce injury in Earth’s climate, using simple ways to help save energy.

Global warming is one of the biggest threats ever faced before the human race. Our use on electricity generated from coal fired power stations causes a dramatic increase in Earth’s temperature, which leads to sea level rise, increased droughts and storms severely great changes in an environment where we all depend for survival. “Israel Earth Hour 2011″ shows that together, small actions can affect global warming. The main goal for “Israel Earth Hour 2011″: is to influence as many households, communities and businesses turn off their lights for one hour on March 24.

When we are going to turn off the lights by Israeli cities:

* 20:10 – Jerusalem, Dimona
* 20:20 – Ra’anana, Nes Ziona
* 20:30 – Netanya, Arad, Eilat
* 20:40 – Ashdod, Givatayim, Bat Yam, Herzliya
* 20:50 – Holon, Haifa, Yokneam

In the past month I was working around the clock to upload new design for some of my local job boards. All the job boards was publsihed in 2009 or 2010 but since then they didn’t been well known job boards in there area. The design change is in this job boards: Pune Jobs Finder, Delhi Jobs Finder and Environmental Jobs Finder. I change the job board software, now it’s based on wordpress (appthemes) and not on jobberbase like in the past.

Now in this job boards there are a lot of new jobs each day, they get all the jobs from indeed.com rss feeds, so every day there are 100′s of new jobs. There is option to post jobs directly on this local job boards, the prices are different from site to site. I hope now with this design and software changes, the sites will be more strong in the SERP for there keywords. I worked a lot on the SEO of all this 3 projects, I also added some social media work and published facebook page and twitter account for each website.
